1.1 What is RAAST ID?

Your mobile number registered with your bank becomes your RAAST ID, allowing you to receive money instantly without sharing your account number.

1.2 How do I register/link my RAAST ID?

1. Open DOST App → Menu → RAAST ID Management
2. Your mobile number will show automatically
3. Select the account you want to link to
4. Tap Activate RAAST ID
5. Enter your FPIN
6. You’ll see a success message

1.3 How do I de-link my RAAST ID?

1. Go to RAAST ID Management
2. Tap the De-link toggle
3. Confirm & enter your FPIN
4. Your RAAST ID will be removed

1.4 How do I update/change the account linked to my RAAST ID?

1. Go to RAAST ID Management
2. Tap Edit
3. Select your preferred account
4. Tap Update, confirm and enter FPIN

1.5 I’m trying to update my phone number but it’s not letting me. Why?

If your old number is linked with a RAAST ID, you must de-link it first before updating your contact details.

2.1 How do I send money via RAAST ID?

1. Go to Send Money
2. Tap Send via RAAST
3. Select To RAAST ID
4. Enter:
   • Receiver’s RAAST ID (mobile number)
   • Purpose
   • Amount
5. Tap Next → Pay Now
6. Enter FPIN to complete the transfer

2.2 Can I send money using an Account Number or IBAN?

Yes.

1. Go to Send Money → Send via RAAST
2. Select Account/IBAN
3. Enter account number or IBAN
4. Enter purpose & amount
5. Confirm → Enter FPIN

3.1 What is QR Code payment?

QR payments let you send or receive money by scanning a QR code, without entering account details.

3.2 How do I generate a Static QR to receive money?

1. Go to QR → Receive Money
2. The QR code is auto-generated
3. Tap Download or Share

3.3 How do I generate a Dynamic QR?

1. Go to QR → Receive Money → Generate QR
2. Enter amount & expiry
3. Tap Generate QR Code

3.4 How do I make a payment using QR?

1. Go to QR → Send Money
2. Choose Scan QR or Upload QR
3. The app will read the QR
4. Enter amount (if needed)
5. Confirm & enter FPIN

4.1 Where can I see my previous RAAST transactions?

1. Tap History on the bottom bar
2. You’ll see all transactions, including RAAST

4.2 Can I repeat a past transaction?

Yes! Open any transaction → tap Repeat.

5.1 How do I add someone to favorites?

You can add favorites from:

• Favorites section
• Receipt screen after a transfer!

Steps:

1. Enter RAAST ID → Next.
2. Verify details.
3. Add Nickname
4. Enter OTP to save.
