  • Household annual income less than Rs. 1,500,000/- (Net of business expenses)
  • Age: 18-64 years (Age at Maturity of Loan should not exceed 72 Years)
  • Businessman / SEP: Experience of minimum of 2 Years required
  • Salaried: Minimum 02 years regular/confirmed employee with current organization
  • Holding valid CNIC/SNIC
  • Not defaulter of any financial institutions & Public Utilities.
  • Residing or working in launching cities for at least 1 year in case of owned residence or Min. 02 years

    • Valid Building Map (approving authority)
    • 6 Months Bank Statement of Customer (with bank stamp and signatures)
    • Valuation Report of Property by PBA’s approved Third Party surveyors – including pages for Bill of Quality – BOQ and Pictures of insights of the property
    • Mortgage Deed for Token Mortgage of Rs. 100,000, Intiqal/Mutation document of mortgage deed

  • Mortgage of Property to be financed

  • Free Credit Life Insurance – Applicable on permanent disability or death of borrower
  • Property Insurance would be charged in advance for the first year and in installments for subsequent years as per loan amount.

As per SOC

  • Structure: Upto 50% of the outstanding loan amount or actual loss amount (whichever is less)
  • Home Contents and Personal Effects belonging (immediate/family members): Upto 20% of the outstanding loan amount or actual loss amount (whichever is less)
  • Cash / Jewelry at Home: Upto 20% of the outstanding loan amount or actual loss amount (whichever is less)
  • Accidental Death or Permanent Disability: Outstanding loan or PKR 1,000,000/- (whichever is less)
