Product Description

In line with Government of Pakistan's vision to cater the housing needs of low-income groups of the country's population, MB has designed this product to target those low-income groups of population who want to buy or construct a new house.

Basic Documentation

Valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC/SNIC)

All men/women holding valid CNIC.
First time homeowner
One individual can have subsidized house loan facility under his once with normal with sufficient cash flow or should be a salaried person with reasonable monthly income within allowed limits.

The Customer must be residing at the same place within the acceptable radius limit of Mobilink Bank Branch. Two years in case of rented residence.

Loan Application Form (LAF) along with Cashflow.
Business proof required through physical verification through RO/RM and VO.
Copy of valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC)/Smart National Identity Card (SNIC) of Customer.
01 recent passport size photograph of the Customer.
Recent photographs of the business.
Partnership deed/NOC required in case of Business Partnership from other partner/s.
Customer Biometric.
NADRA Verysis if Biometric is not available.
Customer CIR (not older than 30 days at the time of sanction).
Copy of Valid CNICs/SNIC of Witnesses (male only with valid CNICs).
Undertaking regarding first time homeowner (does not own a constructed home).
Pro e documents as per CAU manual.
