MMBL Employees who are subject matter experts are encouraged to impart internal trainings. L&D department identifies internal trainers based on training requirements and send such employees for Train the Trainer (TTT) Certification [where deemed appropriate]. Our Learning and Development function is enthusiastically engaged in building inhouse talent through our signature Master Trainer Program, as well as collaborating with industry experts through academic partnerships.
