Scan only trusted QR codes. Always confirm details before sending money.
Be cautious with payments to unverified pages on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok. Avoid advance payments.
Type www.mobilinkbank.com directly in your browser. Don’t click banking links from ads, SMS, or emails.
Ignore offers on WhatsApp, Google Forms, or random websites. Mobilink Bank’s promotions come only via official SMS codes and our website.
Never enter banking info into games or unknown apps. Turn off auto-pay features.
Fraudsters may get duplicate SIMs to access your OTPs. Register for SIM change alerts. Report sudden SIM blockage to your network and Mobilink Bank immediately.
Use two factor authentication (2FA) on all accounts.
Lock your phone and apps with biometrics.
Report suspicious activity right away.
